  • Maintaining and administering IP computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
  • Protecting data, software and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.
  • Establishing the networking environment by designing router configuration, IP routing management, system configuration, directing system installation and defining, documenting and enforcing system standards.
  • Reporting network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information and managing projects
  • Coordinating with customers via email and phone for initial requirement and troubleshooting.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Engineering Degree in Computer, Software, Telecom, Electrical, Electronics or any relevant field.
  • Basic knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol suite, security architecture, securing and hardening Operating Systems, Networks, Databases and Applications.
  • IP/IT/Networking certifications are a plus.

  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of computer systems, virtualization and storage.
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers and integrate automation processes.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems and assessing impact of issues.
