Selected candidate will be responsible;
  • To carefully handle receipts, invoices, payments and maintain records through data entry and filing.
  • To prepare, compile, organize and maintain different department reports.
  • To monitor support staff and schedule their activities.
  • To calculate over time of employees and process for payment.
  • To procure consumables, preparing purchase order, inviting tenders.
  • To handle general administrative tasks or any assignment given by the supervisor.

Handling designs, operations and maintenance of electrical power and backup systems at multiple exchanges including generators, AC/DC UPSs, DC rectifier, batteries and allied equipment.

Ensuring zero power downtime and documentation of the network, extensive field work to carry out improvements in power systems and routine/preventive maintenance and managing electrical team independently.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum BS/BE (Electrical Engineering with majors in Power) from reputed and HEC recognized university with minimum 70% marks in matric, intermediate and a good CGPA in engineering.

Job Description

  • Ensuring proper implementation of training calendar in coordination with AM (HR).
  • Maintaining 100% error free data regarding training.
  • Conducting training need analysis of different departments to tackle and address their needs timely.
  • Entering error free data in HRMS in Learning & Development module.
  • Preparing different reports regarding Training at Nayatel.
  • Timely collection of feedback and ensuring proper circulation of trainer feedback.
  • Ensuring 100% attendance during all training sessions.
  • Proper circulation, collection and data entry of 360 forms and assisting in preparation of final report to be submitted to CEO.
  • Preparing report on TNA points in 360 and submission to AM(HR).
  • Assisting AM(HR) in conducting Quarterly Evaluations and Shining Star Activity.
  • Ensuring proper tagging and timely updating company policies and hierarchy on Community Portal.
  • Generating the ideas for employees engagement activities and getting them implemented.
